The City of Boca Raton announces the promotion of James Zervis to Deputy City Manager/Chief Financial Officer. In addition to continuing his role as Chief Financial Officer, Zervis will also serve as Deputy City Manager, overseeing Public Works and Engineering, Information Technology, and playing a key role in the government campus redevelopment initiative. With 24+ years in municipal leadership and financial oversight, Zervis brings deep expertise to his expanded role.
