The Saint Leo University Board of Trustees has named Noel Boeke as Board Chair. Boeke now leads the university’s 27-member Board following his prior role as Board Vice Chair. He has served on the Saint Leo Board since 2010, guiding several key committees. As a Partner at Holland & Knight, Boeke offers extensive legal insight in business and the financial industry to the University.

The Saint Leo University Board of Trustees has named alumna Iskra Sbraccia as Vice Chair after serving as Board Secretary. A Board Member since 2021 and past President of the Alumni Association, she also leads Sanctions Screening Operations at Google in Chicago and founded I Am Spark in Tampa. She brings deep and varied expertise in sanctions, compliance, screening technology, risk management and strategy.

The Saint Leo University Board of Trustees has named alumnus Thamir A.R. Kaddouri Jr. as Secretary, a position he previously held from 2011 to 2017. A past President of the Alumni Association, he serves on the ReliaQuest Bowl Board and is Managing Partner of TAMPALAW. Kaddouri is an AV Preeminent–rated attorney and has been repeatedly selected to the Super Lawyers list.

Charles & Margery Barancik Foundation’s Board of Directors announced that John Brothers will become Barancik Foundation’s next President and CEO, effective December 1. Brothers led T.
