Joan Vecchioli, a shareholder and Executive Committee member in Clearwater, is the founder of the firm’s labor and employment law group. She handles such matters for Florida employers. In addition to litigating cases, she acts as a mediator for employment related disputes, prepares personnel policies and agreements, counsels clients on compliance issues and conducts workplace investigations. She founded the North Pinellas County Law Explorer Post and has mentored students through the area’s Doorways Program, among many other community efforts.
