West Palm Beach shareholder Traci Rollins has an active business and commercial litigation practice representing global, national and regional public and private companies, financial institutions and nontraditional lenders in creditors’ rights, loan workouts, bankruptcy and class actions. She co-chairs the firm’s Class Action Defense practice and chairs both the Ethics Committee and Associate Compensation & Retention Committee. She presents industry lectures on consumer privacy and regulatory actions. Locally, Rollins continues to hold leadership roles with the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce.
