Miami partner Suzette Russomanno focuses her practice on commercial litigation, complex tort litigation, construction defect litigation and medical malpractice defense. She is a trial attorney who defends companies against claims involving contractual disputes, catastrophic personal injuries involving a wide variety of negligence and wrongful death claims. Through her work, she has earned recognition for legal leadership and advocacy. In 2023, she made history by becoming the first Cuban American female elected president of the Miami-Dade Bar Association in its 103-year history.
