Tampa partner Stephanie Martin leads the real estate practice group while also handling litigation that involves titles, easements, covenants, foreclosures, landlord-tenant issues and association disputes. Her transactional work includes acquisitions, title reviews, loan documents and commercial leases. Additionally, she mentors junior associates in all aspects of real estate law. Committed to community service, Martin has provided pro bono legal support to Angels for Change, a nonprofit working to address medication shortages, since 2019.
