Orlando partner Stephanie Cook leads a team of attorneys focused on fiduciary litigation issues, including contested probate, trust and guardianship cases. Since 2022, she has served on The Florida Bar’s Florida Probate Rules Committee. She is an Executive Council member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. Cook is co-vice chair of the Section’s Legislation Committee, as well as co-vice chair of its Guardianship, Power of Attorney and Advance Directives Committee.
