One of the firm’s three managing partners in Fort Lauderdale, Sigrid McCawley oversees all HR and financial matters for employees, directs firm strategy, handles pro bono initiatives and guides staff development. She also co-leads the sexual misconduct litigation and investigations practice. In her own practice, McCawley manages high-stakes commercial litigation involving major companies. She also spends significant time promoting women’s issues throughout the local community, such as serving on the board of the Community Foundation of Broward.
