Miami partner Schuyler Smith focuses on commercial litigation matters, as well as defending lawsuits regarding personal injury, premises liability and products liability. She represents major hotels and resort chains, retailers, Fortune 500 companies, insurers, cruise lines, governmental entities and transportation companies in both state and federal courts. She serves on two Florida Bar committees: the Mental Health and Wellness of Florida Lawyers Committee and the Corporate Counsel Committee. Also, she is a longtime governor for The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.
