As chair of the firm’s corporate group in Vero Beach, partner Sandra Rennick focuses her practice on real estate, with primary areas that encompass business and commercial enterprise matters. Her work includes the formation and administration of business entities, lending and finance and both residential and commercial real estate. During the past decade, she has closed more than $2.5 billion in real estate transactions. A lifelong Indian River County resident, she is a past-president of the McKee Botanical Garden and the Scholarship Foundation of Indian River County.
