In Orlando, shareholder Nichole Mooney is an employment-law attorney in the firm’s litigation department, where she represents individuals and companies of all sizes in business litigation and employment-related issues. She has state and federal courtroom experience in both jury and non-jury trials and experience in administrative proceedings with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations and the Orlando Human Relations Department. Civically, Mooney serves as chair of the Grievance Committee for the Orlando Division of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
