Shareholder Naomi Berry represents financial institutions in complex litigation and arbitration, including class actions and regulatory claims. As hiring chair of the firm’s Miami office, she mentors attorneys and leads diversity initiatives. Recently, she secured victories for national lenders and servicers in contested residential and commercial foreclosure matters, putative class actions and individual lawsuits under multiple agencies and related state laws. Within the industry, Berry serves on the executive committee of the ProVisors’ Florida Lawyers Group, helping to grow the national networking organization.
