Mindi Richter serves as the inaugural managing partner of the firm’s relatively new St. Petersburg office. In her practice, she counsels clients in the development of patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret portfolios and represents clients in intellectual property litigation. Additionally, she has served as a mentor and a resource for young attorneys in this area of law, while actively promoting diversity in the legal profession. She also dedicates her time and expertise to multiple local organizations.
