Tampa shareholder Megan Murray leads much of the firm’s internal management while her practice focuses on restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency. She specializes in counseling companies and their management, as well as creditors, lenders, tenants, purchasers and fiduciaries. In mid-July, she was among six professionals — the only non-judge or legal professor — invited to testify before Congress regarding bankruptcy law and potential amendments by the House Judiciary Committee. Murray volunteers with Bay Area Legal Services, providing pro bono legal services directly to clients.
