Miami shareholder Marisa Rodriguez Wilson counsels health care providers in matters related to complex regulatory, compliance, licensing and operational issues. Also, she interacts with state and federal agencies to ensure health care transactions obtain necessary approvals and comply with applicable requirements. She has led health care regulatory and due diligence counsel on numerous high-level transactions in Florida and nationwide. Civically, since 2023, Wilson has served as board chair for the American Red Cross Greater Miami and the Keys chapter.
