As partner and chair of the firm’s health care practice, Maria Garcia leads the team that represents health care clients in litigation, as well as advising providers regarding Medicare, Medicaid and commercial health plan issues. She has led multiple multimillion-dollar managed-care litigation cases in arbitration in both state and federal courts, distinguishing herself by successfully guiding clients through a full spectrum of issues. Garcia has served as president of the Cuban American Bar Association and chairs the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
