West Palm Beach city attorney Kimberly Rothenburg is the chief legal adviser and attorney for the City of West Palm Beach and its elected officials, departments and boards. She supervises cases involving litigation, commercial transactions, legislative matters, workers’ compensation among other areas. She represented the city and supervised legal counsel in a code enforcement case before the Florida Supreme Court (City of West Palm Beach v. Haver, No. SC20-1284) which resulted in a new Florida law.
