Jacksonville office managing member Kimberly Israel is co-chair of the firm’s Uplift Women’s Initiative and handles complex financial services and commercial litigation, creditors’ rights/bankruptcy litigation, construction litigation and appeals throughout Florida and federal courts. She is especially committed to supporting female professionals and attorneys, including working with the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the National Association for Women Lawyers. She also works with the Bedell Inn of Court, promoting excellence in courtroom work.
