Clearwater shareholder Katherine Cole is co-chair of the firm’s land-use practice. She represents property owners in the development of commercial projects and residential subdivisions in Pinellas and Pasco counties, including many of the owners and developers who transformed Clearwater Beach into a hotel destination. Additionally, Cole has been an active community leader with extensive board and volunteer experience, contributing to local governance as a member of the City of Clearwater’s Business Task Force and Charter Review Committee.
