Tampa shareholder Katherine Scott is a marital and family law specialist who blends compassionate representation and mediation skills with litigation experience in high-end cases. Matters include complex financial and parenting issues, as well as post-judgment and contempt issues and domestic violence injunctions. She also oversees the firm’s human resources, manages policies and procedures and focuses on workflow and staffing efficiencies. Scott has volunteered with Lawyers for Literacy, a nonprofit group of attorneys and judges who help at-risk third-graders pass the Florida Assessment of Student Thinking test.
