Gainesville partner Jung Yoon advises clients on employment law, protecting small businesses, national corporations and individual executives. Her work includes employee handbooks and policies, employment contracts, and addressing issues related to harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. She has represented clients before federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as agencies and government boards.
