Naples shareholder Jennifer Nichols represents planned communities such as condominiums, homeowners’ associations and country clubs in all aspects of daily operations, litigation and governance. That includes compliance with federal and Florida laws, civil litigation and residential real estate transactions for community associations and association boards. In addition, Nichols contributes to the legal community through involvement with The Florida Bar’s Condominium and Planned Development Committee, the South Gulf Coast Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and the Collier County Bar Association.
