Tallahassee founding partner Jennifer Kilinski leads the firm’s special district and public finance practice. She advises Florida developers and districts on governance, contracting and bond issuances, while guiding clients through procurement, Sunshine Law, ethics, construction, elections, licensing and contracting with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. She has served as issuer’s counsel on hundreds of millions in public financing to support roads, amenities and community infrastructure. Civically, she founded Kids Who Tri Foundation and the South City MultiSport Club to increase youth athletic opportunities.
