In Miami, Jennifer Wioncek leads the firm’s tax and private wealth group. Her practice covers a broad range of areas, including international and domestic tax and estate planning, pre-immigration
and expatriation tax planning, private trust company structuring, cross-border estate administration and tax structuring for real estate funds with foreign investors. She is active in The Florida Bar Tax Section, having previously co-directed its International Tax Division. Wioncek is also a longtime adjunct professor in the University of Miami School of Law’s Taxation LLM program.
