A founding member of the firm in Coral Gables, Jacqueline Calderín represents debtors, committees, secured creditors and asset purchasers in matters of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring, in both in court and out of court proceedings. She has confirmed dozens of Chapter 11 plans, saving businesses and preserving value for investors and shareholders. In addition to her law practice, she serves as a court-appointed fiduciary. Civically, she serves as co-chair of the South Florida Network for the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation.
