Orlando partner Heidi Isenhart leads the firm’s elder law section, serving as a mentor to other attorneys, paralegals and law clerks regarding special needs trusts, estate planning, probate, Medicaid planning and guardianship administration. A former board president and current board member of the not-for-profit Share the Care, she works to ensure the ongoing funding, services, education, training and support to family caregivers. Isenhart is a registered instructor for mandatory guardianship education classes in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.
