Grace Yang is a Tampa shareholder and deputy section chair of the firm’s regulated products practice. She counsels clients nationwide on licensing, land use and regulatory compliance in the alcohol, food and hospitality industries — managing multistate matters and guiding businesses through complex legal and governmental approval processes. She has handled thousands of business and licensing matters nationwide. Civic duties have included board membership of the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Tampa Bay.
