Tampa co-managing partner Ghada Skaff oversees the firm’s business law practice and leads strategic planning and operational management. She has served as corporate counsel to leading businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups. A substantial part of her practice involves the sale or assignment of restaurants, retailers, tech and digital media companies. She also advises clients regarding business ownership forms. Fluent in the Arabic language, she is well-versed in the international export of goods. Civically, she raises funds for the American Cancer Society.
