A Tampa shareholder, Erin Smith Aebel co-chairs the firm’s Florida health law practice while also advising health care clients on transactional, compliance and regulatory matters. Those matters include nonprofit hospital sales, HIPAA breach responses and facility licensure ventures. She also leads multiple initiatives within the Health Law Section of The Florida Bar. In the community, she serves on boards, including the University of South Florida and the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.
