In Miami, Diana Mendez is a partner in the firm’s public-
private partnerships and government contracting team, where she advises developers, infrastructure firms and contractors on procurement law, contract negotiations and bid protests related to major regional partnerships and transit-oriented projects. This year, she was appointed chair of the Miami-Dade County’s Special Task Force to Reduce Inefficiencies in Procurement, helping eliminate roadblocks to major county projects. Also dedicated to public service, Mendez has led the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association of Lawyers.
