Jacksonville managing partner Danielle Whitley is dedicated to expanding the office while focusing her practice on representing borrowers and lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting financing transactions. That includes domestic and cross-border secured financings. She represents clients in health care, insurance and real estate, including public and private companies. Whitley serves as a board member for the nonprofit Cathedral Arts Project and provides more than 50 hours of pro bono legal services annually to Cathedral Arts and other community organizations.
