Partner Bernice Lee represents clients in bankruptcy, receiverships and complex commercial litigation. She handles all aspects of reorganizations, liquidations, receiverships and fraudulent and preference transfer litigation — including administering more than $50 million in real property through free-and-clear receivership sales. She mentors younger attorneys and is actively involved in both industry and community organizations. That involvement includes chairing The Florida Bar’s Federal Court Practice Committee and co-chairing the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
