Partner-in-charge of the Miami/Coral Gables office since 2019, Barbara Fernandez is the first woman at the firm to hold that position, while also administering a mentor program that advises young attorneys in challenging situations. In her practice, she has developed a niche in consumer and class action litigation, leveraging her extensive experience in the defense of individual and class action claims. Fernandez is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association and the National Association of Women Lawyers.
