As senior counsel in the Tallahassee office, Amy Envall specializes in education law, concentrating on legal matters impacting K-12 public education institutions and postsecondary public and private institutions. She represents educational institutions before state and federal entities such as the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, the Florida Department of Education and the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings, as
well as in trial and appellate courts. She also conducts statewide training in ethics, public records management and the Sunshine Law.
