Amanda Buffinton, Tampa office managing partner, oversees day-to-day personnel, administrative and strategic operations. Representing developers, general contractors and others, she focuses her practice on the litigation and arbitration of complex construction claims in both jury and non-jury trials. She regularly writes and speaks on construction issues, including at industry events hosted by the Florida Transportation Builder’s Association and the Construction Law Institute. Throughout her career, Buffinton has been an active member of the Tampa Bay community.
