Miami partner Adele Valencia leads legal initiatives in land use, zoning, procurement and government affairs across local, state and federal levels. She also advises on real estate, infrastructure, housing and tech projects. Among others, her efforts have directly resulted in the development of affordable housing, technology infrastructure and nonprofit partnerships. In the community, Valencia provides pro bono advocacy and adviser support to multiple groups. Further, she designed a countywide principal leadership initiative with business and nonprofit leaders to help strengthen public education.
