In Miami, partner Vivian de las Cuevas-Diaz serves as the firmwide deputy section leader of the real estate practice. She provides strategic guidance while also representing clients in transactions involving acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, development of joint ventures and leasing. Her leadership spans institutional and entrepreneurial clients, and she often manages multicultural teams handling bilingual transactions (English and Spanish). She is vice-chair of Florida State University’s Board of Trustees and is a board member of FSU’s Real Estate Foundation.
