As lead attorney in the firm’s real estate department in Coral Gables, Vanessa Bertran oversees, manages and originates residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her role includes drafting and negotiating contracts; addressing title and zoning issues; resolving disputes; and coordinating with clients, brokers and opposing counsel.
