Robert Volpe is a partner in the Tallahassee firm’s land use group, representing clients regarding land use, zoning, development, property rights, agriculture and other government-related issues. His work has included advising one of Florida’s largest utility companies on comprehensive plan amendments and zoning restrictions for solar facility projects, as well as representing the nation’s fourth-largest convenience store owner in development matters. In addition, he provides pro bono representation to the Historic Apalachicola Foundation on a variety of matters.
