In Orlando, shareholder Rebecca Wilson is co-chair of the firm’s land use, zoning and environmental group, as well as chair of affordable housing efforts. She advises clients on zoning, comprehensive plans, concurrency, administrative law, procurement issues and property rights. Projects range from hotels and large mixed-use projects to office buildings, historic districts, multifamily developments and affordable housing. Through leadership in civic and professional organizations, Wilson dedicates significant pro bono efforts to advancing community development, housing equity and urban planning.
