Nicholas Milano serves as the executive partner for the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and leads the real estate practice group in both the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach offices. In his practice, he provides guidance on real estate matters across multiple jurisdictions. For example, he advised on the structuring and negotiation of one of Broward County’s largest single-tenant office leases. In the community, he provides real estate legal counsel to local nonprofit organizations through the firm’s pro bono program.
