Co-founder and partner Neil Schiller runs the Palm Beach County office while providing full-project representation on matters that range from community sensitivity and political advocacy to legal protection and strategic maneuvering. Clients include developers of townhomes and multifamily/single-family housing, commercial mixed-use, and public storage projects. Also, he represents community associations opposing development. Among his community efforts, Schiller serves on the Homeless Coalition Board and has provided pro bono counsel to the nonprofit Delray Citizens for Delray Police.
