In Fort Myers, shareholder Katie Berkey represents clients in zoning, land use, development and planning matters, such as speaking before city and county commissions, councils and boards in hearings throughout Southwest Florida and statewide. She is a Florida Bar Board-certified specialist in city, county and local government law, and is also certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners. Berkey is a longtime leader with Urban Land Institute Southwest Florida and has co-chaired the Lee County Bar’s Pro Bono Service Committee.
