Katherine Cole is responsible for leading the firm’s land use team. She has extensive experience guiding clients through all phases of land development, including the entitlement process. She represents property owners and purchasers in the development of commercial, mixed-use and residential projects throughout the state. Additionally, she is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Cole’s current pro bono work centers on the nonprofit Florida Dream Center, and she also serves on the the St. Petersburg College Board of Trustees.
