In Orlando, John Junod leads the firm’s real estate practice with a focus on advising homebuilders and developers on complex transactional matters. He provides strategic counsel on acquisitions, including due diligence, title and plat review, drafting of contracts and more. He also serves as a mentor to younger attorneys. Among his recent community contributions, he facilitated a developer’s donation of land to a homebuilder, who then constructed a mortgage-free home for a medically discharged U.S. Air Force veteran.
