In Lakeland, Bart Allen is a partner in the firm’s land use and environmental practice group, representing clients throughout Central Florida. Clients include developers for warehousing along I-4, regional and national homebuilders and large-scale subdivisions. Allen provides pro bono time to assist with economic development efforts in Polk County. Also, he has represented several churches in establishing new locations or with expansion efforts. Civic work includes board membership on the Central Florida Development Council (2021-2022 chair).
