Tampa shareholder Jacob Cremer leads the firm’s land development, zoning and environmental group — helping establish long-term goals and assess business development, partnerships and more. In addition, he counsels developers, investors and landowners on their government interactions regarding land development issues. He focuses on complex strategies requiring a combination of land use entitlements, environmental permitting and property rights protection. Much of his recent pro bono efforts have been focused on Florida’s Live Local Act to encourage affordable housing.
