Evan Rosenberg manages a broad range of real estate litigation matters for the Plantation office, including breach of contract claims, title disputes and partition actions. He handles appellate matters, preparing briefs and advising clients on trial-level rulings involving property issues. Also, he helps clients navigate legislative changes affecting condominium and homeowners’ associations, particularly recent reforms. As part of his commitment to public service, he dedicates pro bono work to representing the elderly who have been victimized by unlawful property liens.
