In Tampa, David Singer represents clients regarding zoning issues, land use, comprehensive planning, economic incentive eligibility, permitting issues, commercial leasing and government affairs. His work includes numerous landmark development projects. In the community, Singer serves on the boards for the Tampa Theatre and the Tampa Bay Sports Commission. He also is an advisory board member of the Tampa Innovation Alliance and is co-founder of the Vortex Institute, an organization focused on discussion and subsequent action surrounding issues affecting the local community.
