In Orlando, Charles Costar III is a partner and real estate practice group co-chair. He represents single-family, multifamily, industrial and individual developers, investors and lenders in the acquisition of both undeveloped and developed land. In addition, Costar handles all real estate aspects for the purchase/sale/financing of automobile dealerships. He is a current member of the Advisory Board for Urban Land Institute’s Central Florida chapter, and he is a former member of the Orange County Board of Zoning Adjustment.
